Como se entregan al instante y quedan descargados, no tienen devolución una vez que accediste al archivo, como prevé el artículo 1116 del Código Civil y Comercial para contenidos digitales descargables.
Excepción: Canvas UGC — La guía completa tiene garantía de 7 días. Si la leés y sentís que no te sirvió, respondé el email de tu compra dentro de los 7 días y te devolvemos el 100%.
Si algo salió mal
Si un archivo no abre, no te llegó o pagaste dos veces, escribinos a agustinagineragency@gmail.com y lo solucionamos o te devolvemos el dinero.
Servicios (Asesoría 1:1 y Revisión de Portafolio)
Si por algún motivo de nuestra parte no podemos hacer la sesión o la revisión, te devolvemos el 100%. Si necesitás cambiar el día de la sesión, avisanos con al menos 24 horas y la reprogramamos.
Cómo se hace la devolución
Por el mismo medio con el que pagaste (Mercado Pago o PayPal), dentro de los 10 días hábiles desde que la aprobamos.

Digital products (guides, templates, PDFs, the Notion system) are delivered instantly, so they can’t be refunded once you’ve accessed the file. Exception: Canvas UGC — The Complete Guide comes with a 7-day guarantee: if you read it and it didn’t help, reply to your order email within 7 days and we’ll refund 100%.
If something went wrong (a file won’t open, never arrived, or you were charged twice), write to agustinagineragency@gmail.com and we’ll fix it or refund you.
Services (1:1 coaching and portfolio review): if we can’t deliver the session or review for any reason on our side, you get a full refund. Need to move your session? Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll reschedule.
